Ph.D, M.E/M.Tech in Electronics with specialization in signal processing. Proficiency with Matlab, C and C++ Experiences with designing and developing algorithms and performing sophisticated simulations of complex systems involving signal processing as needed in communication, radar, surveillance and navigation. Thorough understanding of communication type architectures, waveforms and abilities to perform simulations would be involved. Strong Mathematical background of signal processing is necessary. Thorough understanding of the basics and relations with real world is essential.
The areas of specialization should cover some of the following areas: Understanding of communication, navigation architectures, waveforms and abilities to perform simulations using MATLAB, Visual C and C++, visualization and GUI implementation. (The simulated architectures would be implemented in real time hardware by hardware engineers and some understanding of the algorithm implementations in FPGA/DSP would be helpful.)
The positions offer unique opportunities for development of advanced signal processing techniques and applying them into real time systems of national importance.Several positions are available; one signal processing engineer will be selected with specialization and experiences with GNSS systems( minimum 3 years).Multiple positions are available and both experienced and relatively fresh candidates could apply. Only exceptional candidates with M.Tech or Ph.D from reputed Institutes need apply.

Strong capabilities in design, development and testing of advanced digital systems with speeds up to several GHz. Experiences with high-speed ADC's, DACs, DSP's and FPGA's are essential. Design involves analysis, schematic capture using modern tools. Interface design for high speed real time transfer using PCI family of buses is involved.
All round capabilities including writing some test software (assembly, C++, etc.) to be able to test the fabricated boards (fabricated using outside vendors) are desirable. Some capabilities with simple driver development may be useful for testing the fabricated boards. Experiences with interface design for USB, Ethernet, IEEE standard interfaces etc. will be advantageous. They should be capable of schematic capture and design using standard tools such as CAD, ORCAD, PAD and testing with modern equipment's such as oscilloscopes, network analyzer, digital scopes, logic analyzer etc. Handling of minor soldering of fine pitch IC's, ball grids, using modern soldering stations would also be welcome. (5 to 10 years of experience). Those who do not meet the minimum requirements should not apply.

Candidate having more than 5 years of working experience with high end FPGA programming, preferably using VHDL. Signal processing algorithms with sophisticated processing schemes, high clock rates (including double clocking), interface implementation and with experiences with PCI family of buses and ability to write real time high-speed data transfer. Preferred family of FPGA's large Xilinx processors and proficiency with Simulation tools. .Some experiences with DSP's and ARM processors would be advantageous. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements please need not apply.

A junior level RF engineer with B. tech degree in Electronics and strong interest in analog circuits, particularly involving RF is needed . He should have some RF experience and working knowledge of RF design and use of RF test instruments. Must be capable of schematic capture and system testing using sophisticated instruments.

An experienced electronics with more than 5 years of experience in hi-tech electronics design industry involving schematics capture, prototyping, testing, fabrication and overall supporting engineers is needed. He must have experiences with various test instruments, abilities to create ( with engineering support) schematics, able to understand schematics, organize with outside vendors for layout and fabrication and related activities. The experience and notformaldegree, is of paramount importance. Those who do not meet the minimum requirements in experience please need not apply.

A physicist and an applied mathematician are needed to join the team of R & D engineers. They should have at least MSc or Ph.D. from reputed Universities. The physicist must have electronics background and must be proficient with software systems for simulation and modeling. He must have experimental background. The mathematician will have strong capabilities in numerical techniques and algorithm developments. Must have software capabilities.
Only M.Sc or Ph.D degree holders with strong interest in Research need apply.

We are in search of a R.F. Engineer or Physicist with strong background in antenna engineering and/or electromagnetic modeling of antennas. The preferred candidates should have at least M. Tech or M.Sc. ( Ph.D., preferred) with some experiences in e.m. modeling and antenna design. Experiences with FEKO, HFSS, IE3D, NEC etc. would be necessary. Both fresher's and experienced candidates who have worked with antennas and electromagnetics may apply.

Software engineers with extensive background in C++ algorithms/applications in Windows platform. Strong proficiency with MFC, dot-net applications. Graphical interface (Active-X) and algorithm implementation related with signal processing necessary. There are several positions with experiences in real time windows application, driver development and general software simulation.
The areas of specialization should cover some of the following areas: Visual C and C++, simulation, visualization and GUI implementation, and PC Networking. Knowledge and experience with PC architecture, Network based programming, knowledge in System 32/64, Windows API, PCI interface, and Drivers would be advantageous. Some experiences with Linux, Fortran and Python may be advantageous.
Candidates with B. Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA,, MS or Masters or higher academic degrees as well as those with practical experiences at various stages of the PC based development need apply. We do not require any data base type experiences. We are looking for experienced software developers, however, candidates with exceptional capabilities with lesser experiences will also be considered for a few positions.

A Business manager and a marketing manger are being sought. Both will require strong aptitude in science and excellent capabilities in communication ( both written and verbal). They must have keen interest and enthusiastic about advanced technologies, should have general knowledge in technology areas and should be able to explain various technology issues to non-technical and technical personnel, should be able to negotiate and manage contractual issues and will act as interface to the client ( mostly Govt. personnel in DRDO, ISRO etc.) . He should also have some managerial qualities and would be able to make independent decisions. Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore.
Both Business manager and Marketing Manager should have wide contacts and prior experiences in operating small entrepreneurial technology businesses in Kolkata, Hyderabad or Bangalore. Desired candidates should have prior experiences in contracting and marketing with the Govt. agencies. Candidates without previous experiences need not apply. Marketing Manager must have experiences with Govt. contracting.
